Andy has built his business on educating and inspiring homebuyers using a personalized, hand on approach. His process allows him to be an advocate and advisor for his clients before, during, and after the home purchase. This process focuses on in-person and virtual meetings to educate, answer questions, and create a plan the best homebuying strategy. Andy’s process is tailored to fit what is most important to the client, not the other way around.
Andy grew up on small vineyard in the central coast of California. A 3-sport athlete in high school, he earned baseball scholarships to multiple universities and graduated from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. He is a member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and a Nashville BNI Chapter. His hobbies include pickleball, fishing, camping, church/small groups, golf, etc.
Andy is married to the love of his life, Kayla, whom he met at Cumberland University. They have a baby girl, born in May, 2024 and they live in Nashville, TN. Kayla is a legislative director for a Tennessee based organization. His parents are Susan and Dave Garretson, and they reside in Paso Robles, CA, while Andy’s sister, Sara Garretson, lives in Atascadero, CA.
