On October 6, Legends Bank hosted a luncheon for the Miss Tennessee Pageant judges. One of the special guest judges was former Heisman Trophy winner, Hershel Walker. Walker was joined by famous country singer, Lee Greenwood as well as the other pageant judges. Legends Bank has been a proud supporter of Clarksville Tourism and has been a host of the Miss Tennessee luncheon for the past four years. As always, bank officers and employees prepare the meals for the judges and provide the table service. “I think is important that when we invite these guests into our ‘home’ that we treat them like family,” says Marketing Officer, Britney Campbell. “It is much more of a personal and memorable experience when the guests know you have put the work into it,” she adds. Maintenance employee, Larry Mattingly, prepared slow cooked pot roast with vegetables, while Jan Roberts, SVP & Cashier prepared southern-style green beans. The meal was topped off with Loan Compliance Officer, Kathy Stuard’s homemade southern pecan pie. This was very unique experience for the Legends Bank staff to have two extraordinary guests not only in our community, but in our bank.
